Chelsea fans were so excited to have Benoit Badiashile starting again in the Premier League at last, last week, but it ended badly.
Through no particular fault of the defender’s, the Blues got beaten heavily by Newcastle.
As well as getting a nice assist, he was calm in defending the box and good on the ball. With a little more time getting back up to speed, he’s going to be amazing. The £32m we paid will start to look cheap.
