Success-hungry Manchester United look primed to spend heavily once the window opens and are reportedly preparing a big for Chelsea playmaker Mason Mount, who has just one more year remaining on his contract in west London after refusing to put pen-to-paper on a new deal.
Chelsea, meanwhile, could get their hands on highly-rated Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo if they ae willing to sanction a swap deal, with defender Levi Colwill included as part of the package.
Arsenal will be looking to go one step further next season after narrowly missing out on landing their first Premier League title since 2004 last time around. The Gunners, who finished second to Manchester City, have been tipped to snap up West Ham ace Declan Rice.
