After Q Billiards won the right to host the United States National Snooker Championship (USSA) for the first time from May 24–27, 2024 will see the USSA return to Houston, Texas.
The Championship will be held in Houston for the third time this year; the first two times it was held there were in 2016 and 2019. However, Mr. Syed Hassan, the host proprietor each time, has been a passionate snooker fan in Houston over the past few years, offering facilities to the city’s numerous snooker players.
Over the course of the four days of competition, this year’s Championship will have access to five regulation standard snooker tables at Q Billiards.
With the exception of 2010 and 2011, the Championship will once again be held over the Memorial Day weekend this year. This will be the first time it has done so since 2007.
I would like to express my gratitude to Mani (Mr. Syed Hassan) on behalf of the Board of the USSA for his steadfast support of the Championship over the years, which annually attracts a large number of both new and seasoned players for what promises to be another spectacular event.”
The USSA’s Cloud Snooker system will be the only place to enter this year’s Championship.
Additional information about how to register for a Cloud Snooker USSA Membership account and how to enter the Championship will be released soon in the 2024 Championship Rules & Conditions of Entry document.
