Steph Curry’s icy four-word message to Boston in the 2022 NBA Finals is revealed by a Celtics player.

Even after the Warriors dropped Game 3 to fall behind the Boston Celtics 2–1, top player Stephen Curry of the State Warriors was confident his team would win the 2022 NBA Finals. A “mic drop” four-word remark that Curry said during that game was heard by then-Celtics forward Juwan Morgan, and it even kept him up that night. Enjoy your last victory, he remarked, according to Morgan on Tidal League. “I thought to myself, ‘Us? You mean that it’s 2-1? How big am I, really, standing here? I must know my ring size. This was my nighttime worry. Like, he didn’t really say that.

Curry kept his word, and the Warriors won the following three games to win the 2022 championship—their fourth in the previous eight seasons. Curry even scored 43 points against the Celtics in Game 4 to aid in the victory.
