Should the Boston Celtics play Wednesday against the Milwaukee Bucks without their starting lineup?
The Boston Celtics’ schedule for the 2023–24 NBA season is down to just a few games remaining. The matchup Boston has left to play, against the Milwaukee Bucks at TD Garden this Wednesday night, may be the hardest of them all.
Is there anything Boston can gain from playing their best players, given that they are currently 10 games ahead of the Bucks? Or should they take a break so they can be fully healthy when they play Milwaukee and other teams in the postseason? Playing the starters in the first half and the reserves in the second, is there any chance to split the difference?
The hosts of the CLNS Media podcast, “Garden Report,” recently discussed it and other items from the Celtics’ stretch run in a lengthy episode.
