Paris Saint-Germain is reportedly interested in signing Alonso, according to RMC Sport. However, the Italian will quit his position at Real Madrid, and the Spaniard hopes to succeed him.
Alonso has experience managing at both the developmental level for Real Sociedad and the young level at Real Madrid. Although many had thought that his transfer to Bayer Leverkusen had occurred much too soon, it has turned out to be a huge success.
