Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea are reportedly about to beat David Moyes’s West Ham United to the signing of Cole Palmer from Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City in the summer transfer window.
According to The Times, Chelsea have agreed a deal with Manchester City to sign Cole Palmer, a player West Ham United are also keen on.

The report has claimed that Chelsea will pay Premier League champions City £45 million in transfer fees for Palmer.
The 21-year-old, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, has agreed to join Chelsea and will undergo a medical at the Blues on Thursday, according to Sky Sports.
The Times have reported that West Ham are interested in Palmer, while Brighton and Hove Albion have had a £30 million bid rejected already this summer.
Chelsea had an offer of £35 million for Palmer turned down by City on Tuesday, but the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners have now managed to convince the Citizens to sell Palmer for £40 million plus £5 million in add-ons, according to the report.
