Herve Renard will remain as Morocco’s manager after a dismal run at the Africa Cup of Nations, the nation’s Football Federation announced.
Herve Renard’s resignation as Morocco’s coach has been denied by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF).
Morocco’s performance at the Africa Cup of Nations was unsatisfactory, as they were eliminated from the competition in the round of 16 after losing to Benin 4-1 on penalties after a 1-1 draw.
And on Monday, allegations surfaced claiming that Renard, a former coach of Ivory Coast and Lille, had resigned from his position as a result of the disappointing performances on Monday.
