As one of the most well-known figures in MotoGP, Marc Marquez has won eight world titles. Rumor has it that the Aprilia factory team is interested in signing him. In response to rumors, the Spaniard has now stated that discussions have taken place, suggesting that his stay at Ducati may be coming to an end.

Regarding his future goals, Marc Marquez stated that he is “pretty clear” despite rumors that he may be joining Aprilia.

The Ducati rider had been linked to a move away from his present squad prior to the MotoGP in Jerez, Spain.

Many had assumed he would remain with Ducati, thus the rumors surprised them. However, the eight-time world champion has disclosed that negotiations are still going on.

Marquez recently expressed his willingness to move on, saying that he would be interested in taking a factory ride, as reported by Crash.net.
“You have more options the faster you stay on course. The idea is working, and that’s what matters,” stated Marquez, who finished second in Sunday’s GP behind Francesco Bagnaia.
“The factories are getting in touch with me when there are outcomes.

Conversations have already been place. I know quite well what I desire in my mind.
Marquez clarified that he has other choices to examine despite having experienced a few crashes this season, which may be driving him to look into other options.
“It depends on everything, generally,” he said. However, what matters is that I am explicit. I have more than one choice.
