Mark Pope and his staff are working to finalize the Kentucky Wildcats’ roster for the 2025-26 season, with only a few spots remaining.

While several transfers have already joined the team, shooting remains a notable area of concern. This is why the BBN was particularly excited about the possibility of Lamar Wilkerson joining, before he committed to Indiana.

Now, there’s another name to keep an eye on to potentially fill that gap.

As reported by Joe Tipton of On3, Rylan Griffen, a transfer guard from the Kansas Jayhawks, is set to visit Lexington on Tuesday.

Griffen, a 6-foot-6, 190-pound guard from Dallas, started his career at Alabama before spending last season at Kansas. His numbers took a significant dip in what was a challenging season for the Jayhawks, especially compared to his final year in Tuscaloosa.
