Chelsea have sent several players out on loan this summer as Mauricio Pochettino looks to trim down his bloated first-team squad. Romelu Lukaku is also expected to complete yet another short-term move away from Stamford Bridge in the coming days alongside a growing list of departures. Slonina (K.A.S. Eupen)
The 19-year-old goalkeeper has joined Belgian Pro League side K.A.S. Eupen on a season-long loan after signing for the Blues last season from Chicago Fire for £12m. He is yet to feature for Chelsea in competitive action but did play in pre-season last month.
Datro Fofana (Union Berlin) .
Fofana has completed a season-long loan move to Bundesliga side Union Berlin. The 20-year-old striker joined Chelsea in January from Norwegian club Molde for £8m and made four first-team appearances for the club last season.
18-year-old Brazilian winger Angelo Gabriel has sealed a season-long loan to Ligue 1 side Strasbourg. He completed his move to Stamford Bridge from Santos for £13m this summer but has been shipped out immediately.
