Following the All-Star Game, former Celtic Kyrie Irving singles out Jaylen Brown.
Kyrie Irving, a former player for the Boston Celtics, called Jaylen Brown out on February 25 for advertising his sneakers during the All-Star Break. The star of the Dallas Mavericks only had positive things to say about Brown.
Irving said, “Shout out to JB,” according to Brad Townsend of Dallas Sporting News’ X account. “In recent years, we have become closer as he is one of my tribe’s brothers.” All I can say is that I’m happy he used the chance to present the KAI 1. Such a giving deed. I yell out to him because he’s such a terrific brother and he’s about the revolution. I advised him to wear them to the game if they were comfortable. If not, simply set them aside.
From 2017 until 2019, Irving and Brown were teammates, however there were several difficult moments during that period. Even though Irving’s time with the Celtics did not go as planned, he and Brown have remained friendly ever since. Brown has been a nice enough friend to endorse the footwear of his former teammate.
