Really like to be here’ – Joao Felix drops big hint on Chelsea future with loan stint away from Atletico Madrid ending

Joao Felix, who has insisted he has “loved” playing for the Blues, has offered a huge hint about his Chelsea future.

Due to Atletico Madrid’s demand of €100 million (£86 million/$107 million) to allow him to go permanently, the Portugal international is scheduled to return to the club in the summer. Chelsea has been connected with a second loan bid to sign him.

In a video that was shared on social media, Felix said: “These four or five months, I’ve liked it. I don’t know what my future holds yet. A premier club, it. I was treated really nicely by everyone at the club. My teammates, very amazing. I enjoy being here a lot.

Felix has made 11 league starts and four goals since joining Chelsea in January, despite the team’s struggles this year. It is unknown how Mauricio Pochettino will regard Felix as the Blues prepare for the summer and prepare to name him as their next manager.

Felix will need to decide what to do with his life now that Newcastle has qualified for the Champions League and is rumored to be interested in signing him.
